Shipping policy

Every product in your order is produced especially for you. Covvers strives to deliver your order asap, there are two options:
  • Everything is in stock: we can prepare your order for shipment within 3 to 4 working days.
  • Not everything is in stock: the delivery time has not yet been determined, but your order will be produced, you should take into account a delivery time of approximately 10 working days.

From the moment your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is effectively shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. It takes a few working days for your order to be delivered to the address you provide, this depends on the country, but you can always track your package with your tracking number.The carrier will then announce your delivery by e-mail and take care of your package.

Attention:

An order placed on Friday afternoon or during the weekend will not be processed until Monday. Delivery times can be slightly longer in busy periods such as the end of year period.

In the event of loss of a delivery by the carrier, Covvers will produce a new order if possible and ship it for free or otherwise refund the full amount including shipping. The transfer of the risk of loss and/or damage occurs upon delivery.
