You have the right to request a return/exchange within 30 calendar days (of the day following the date of receipt)

You can return a product provided the following conditions have been met:

-              The original packaging and labels have been retained.

-              The item is unwashed, undamaged and stain-free.

-              The item is accompanied by the fully completed return form.

-              The item is packed in a solid box to be delivered undamaged. 

This applies to all products, except sale items, gift cards and vouchers,  which cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How does it work ?

A . When you have received the item, please fill out the return form from the website within 14 calendar days.  Mention your order, item number(s), quantity and reason for returning in the textmessage . If your return is accepted, we’ll inform you about the shipping return number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

B. Send within 14 calendar days ( following the day that you have sent the return form) your shipment, together with the delivery receipt, back to the following address with your shipping return number clearly marked on the outer box:

Attention:

* The transport costs and risks are for your own account.  

* Any return with unidentified sender will be refused.

C. Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of your return, provided that all conditions described above have been met. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If a voucher or gift card was used, this will be returned to you. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping costs will only be reimbursed in the form of a voucher, in the case you have received an item different from what you ordered or if the product would be faulty.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
